The Dao of the Woman Workshop

This workshop explores women’s nature through the perspective of Daoist practices. We will work with the core of feminine energy — the womb — together with the kidneys as the source of vital energy, and the expanded Water Orbit, which supports the smooth circulation of energy in the body.

Through gentle practices we will strengthen the connection with the womb, support the kidneys, and learn how to activate a deeper movement of energy. Special attention will be given to the Water Orbit — a practice that helps release inner tension, restore balance, and bring a calm, steady strength back into the body.

We will also speak about an important Daoist principle — the return of energy. When energy is not dispersed outward but returns back into the system, the body begins to accumulate strength. This creates a sense of inner stability and allows for a deeper perception of space, feeling, and sensuality.

The practices are suitable for all levels of experience.
