Introduction into Daoist Practices [Online and offline lessons]

I invite you into a space of exploration of Daoist practices.

We will begin by learning the basics of the Daoist tradition and the method.

During the lessons we will work with the following practices:
• Unblocking and restoring circulation in the body
• Water Orbit
• Sequence for the kidneys
• Daoist self-massage

Schedule:
Every Thursday — 07:30–08:30 (online)
Recording available for one week for self-study.

Every Sunday — 10:00–11:30 (offline, Amsterdam)
A moment for deepening the practice and practicing together, ending with a tea ceremony.
