🔧 What You Will Need for Practice
- A computer with high-speed internet and preferably a large screen
- A yoga mat (not too thick or soft)
- A meditation cushion (for Daoist yoga and meditation sessions)
- Free space at home (minimum 2x2 meters, more is better for Tai Chi and Bagua practice)
- A Tai Chi fan (for certain specialized Tai Chi fan courses)
🔄 How to Study in The Inner Path Program
For beginners:
- Start with a 1-month subscription to explore different courses and try various practices.
- There is no fixed sequence. Choose what attracts you most and begin.
- You can test individual lessons from different categories before committing to a full course.
- Courses are progressively unlocked based on your subscription length.
- To maintain access to higher levels, continuous subscription is required.
For continuing students:
- Once you find your rhythm, maintain 2–3 sessions per week, each lasting 1–1.5 hours.
- Avoid "intensive" overload. Consistent practice over time gives the best results.
- You may study one or two courses in parallel, but no more.
- Do not allow long breaks between lessons: no more than 1 week gap is ideal.
- You may focus only on areas that resonate with you (for example: Tai Chi, Daoist meditation, or Integral bodywork), but full system integration brings maximum benefits.
- To access advanced courses (2nd year and beyond), foundation courses must be completed first.
Subscription rules:
- Subscription grants personal access only. Sharing is not allowed.
- Courses remain accessible while your subscription is active.
- If you interrupt your subscription, access to advanced courses will be delayed.
- You may renew your subscription at any time, and remaining time will be added to your new subscription.
