Dates: April 14–20, 2025
Location: Borjomi, Georgia
Overview
Longevity is more than just a measure of lifespan; it’s about the quality and depth of life. According to Daoist tradition, true longevity is tied to an understanding of practical actions that align our existence with the processes of creation and growth. The art of longevity isn’t just about extending years but creating a life full of energy, harmony, and meaning.
The Art of Longevity Program focuses on restoring energy, refining the body and mind, and achieving spiritual depth. Rooted in the teachings of Lan Caihe, one of the Eight Taoist Immortals, the program introduces methods to enhance innate energy and develop the ability to absorb external sources of energy.
Participants will explore the four essential principles of longevity:
- Refining body anatomy
- Optimizing nutrition
- Improving breathing techniques
- Perfecting the anatomy of movement
The Art of Longevity program is designed to restore the ability to draw energy from external sources, create an additional channel for enhancing personal nature, and strengthen one’s innate energy. This knowledge is rooted in the teachings of Lan Caihe, aimed at developing the skill to harness supplementary nourishment from the macrocosm.
