The Daoist Alchemy in Motion: Tai Chi Chuan program focuses on exploring the laws of internal proportion and energy circulation to foster harmony and well-being. Proportion serves as the foundation for cultivating energy, guiding participants toward inner balance and sufficiency. When proportion is achieved, energy thrives; when it is absent, energy depletes.

This program aims to develop the practical art of proportion to shape the body's architecture and align its inner and outer harmony.

Tai Chi Chuan, with its 13 structural formulas known as the "13 Pieces of Brocade," embodies the union of movement and stillness. It provides a pathway from duality (tai chi) to unity and the infinite.

The Lao Jia (Old Frame) form reveals Tai Chi's deep geometric art, elevating it beyond combat technique to a practice of movement-based alchemy. By harnessing the energy of Shen (spiritual energy), connected to the bone marrow, Tai Chi Chuan becomes a profound practice for body, energy, and spirit.
